Creole Heritage Membership

The Creole Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization supported by membership and donations. The Foundation was formed in 2004 to generate private financial support for the Creole Heritage Center located at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Foundation dollars are to be used for support of:

• Special Projects related to national awareness of Creole culture and history

• Annual presentation of the Creole Heritage Day Celebration

• National Creole scholarship programs

• incidental support not sponsored by government funding

Your Contribution
Membership contributions to the Foundation are 100% tax deductible. Donations and larger contributions are always gratefully welcomed.

PLEASE NOTE:  Your contribution as a member and/or donation is the most important way all Creole families can help the Center continue its effort to document and preserve your notable and valuable culture.  With recent decreased funding that supports general operating services for the Center, your membership has become more vital.
